Our lives are filled with distraction, filled with stimulation.
But imagine if there was a way to slow things down…
…for the mind to unwind, and for our body to let go of that stress.
When was the last time that you stopped,
that you were still, that you put down your phone,
that you got rid of all the distractions around you?
When was the last time that you did nothing?
And by nothing, I really mean nothing.
